We talk about our physical health often, working out, diets, and lifestyles. What if I told you we can do all these things, but if our emotional health is not addressed, we could find ourselves on an unending rollercoaster of health issues?
Emotions play a massive part in our health. These charts explain and show how our entire being is one. The foods we consume are not the only thing that impacts our health. The people you choose to be around, influences, thoughts, what you watch and listen to. Even experiences of the past can dictate our body's health. In TCM, our bodies have pathways called Meridians; when they are blocked with trapped emotions, physical and mental imbalances can represent themselves.
