Energy-based modalities

Did you know that the human body generates voltage potentials that can positively impact cell function? This energy can be harnessed for healing and therapeutic purposes, making the power of the human body truly remarkable!

Energy medicine is a type of therapy that involves the use of subtle energies. This definition was provided by a study published in Global Advances in Health and Medicine. Unlike traditional medicine, which mainly deals with the physical aspects of health, energy healing practitioners focus on non-physical aspects of health.

Our bodies interact with the environment through various ambient fields such as sound, light, electricity, and magnetism. These interactions generate a vast amount of information in the form of energy fields, as per researchers. This energy is often referred to as Frequency or Positive EMF.

Types👇

Homeopathy-The idea is that this practice helps stimulate the immune system and the body’s natural ability to heal. As the School Of Homeopathy states, “That which a substance is capable of causing, it is also capable of curing.”  Homeopathic practitioners evaluate patients' symptoms and match them with a specific remedy based on their intensity and frequency.

Acupuncture is a Traditional Chinese Medicine practice that involves stimulating specific energy points in the body using thin needles.

Acupressure is a form of touch therapy meant to improve the flow of energy in the human body.

Reflexology, a 4,000-year-old practice, involves hand and foot massage to stimulate the nervous system and trigger a healing response.

Music Therapy: This is a type of sound therapy in which instruments are used to involve as many sensory organs as possible.

Sound Energy Therapy: This is another type of sound therapy meant to induce a state of relaxation using specific tones with sound energy, vibration, and frequency.

Body Coding/ Blocked Energetic Pathways.

“The Body Code is a system designed by Dr. Bradley Nelson which tests for energetic imbalances in the body, and corrects them energetically.  Muscle testing is used to uncover the underlying imbalance.

Muscle testing also known as applied kinesiology gives us very quick access to the subconscious mind through specific questions that will elicit a “yes” or “no” response. The muscles of the body will weaken if the answer is “no” and the muscles of the body will strengthen if the answer is “yes”. It is possible to tap into the “programming” of the body to determine if there is an imbalance that can be corrected or an energy that needs to be released.”

Grounding or Earthing - Going barefoot outdoors-One of the benefits of earthing or grounding is that it allows us to connect with the negative energy of the Earth which can counter the positive charge we build up due to our modern lifestyle that often deprives us of regular contact with nature, particularly direct contact.

“It is an established, though not widely appreciated fact, that the Earth’s surface possesses a limitless and continuously renewed supply of free or mobile electrons. The Earth’s negative charges can create a stable internal bioelectrical environment for the normal functioning of all body systems, which may be important for setting the biological clock, regulating circadian rhythms, and balancing cortisol levels.” http://www.hindawi.com/journals/jeph/2012/291541/

The purpose of energy medicine is to address energetic imbalances and restore the body's systems to homeostasis. According to this form of medicine, disruptions in human energy patterns are indications of disease and aging.
