Years ago, when I started down my own path to true health, I fell into the take twenty Supplements, 21-day diets, and “cheat meals.” (What an awful mindset.) It's a great way to set anyone up for binge eating. Along with a bad focus and a huge hit to all the work, I did every week.


Supplements and biohacking won't solve the problems of a poor lifestyle and diet. They may offer temporary relief but won't address the root cause of the issue. Instead, focus on changing your patterns and habits to transform your life.


In order to maximize the benefits of supplementation, it is crucial to lay a strong foundation. This involves attending to basic needs such as sunlight exposure, hydration, physical activity, sleep, deep breathing, fresh air, emotional balance, spirituality, and stress management. By prioritizing these elements, you can create a solid base for further optimizing your health and wellness.
