Whole Health

I jumped off the diet train and focused on whole-body healing. After nearly two years of eating whole, healing foods, not only did I change my entire way of eating, but my entire mind on many things I thought I understood about healing.

I was shown how emotions can become trapped in our bodies, how foods have frequency, and how our entire being is based on frequency. I have always known how important our spiritual walk is, but seeing this Trinity together truly changed me and many people around me.

My husband had suffered from chronic back pain for nearly five years; we saw our chiropractor regularly tried all the things. After years of trying, he saw a body code practitioner. After three sessions, his back pain was gone; the one area we never considered was trapped emotional trauma. We both were amazed by this, and it showed yet another missing gap in healthcare as a whole. Can you imagine if he had gotten surgery?

How many people have unanswered health issues and surgeries that could have been avoided, and the answer could have been simpler?

Our bodies were designed to heal, God's divine design and nothing can compete. Of course, emergency medicine has its place. My son would not have his finger without it, but our proactive part of health can't be found in that model. I've experienced the reality of nothing mattering more than my health. I don't mean that in a self-preservation way, but a responsibility—my second chance and my will to be here for my children, spouse, family and walk in my purpose.

I loved the quote growing up: Denise Austin would repeat, “God gave you one body; take good care of it.”
